Our aim is to cater to both home cooks and professional chefs who seek premium flavourings for their culinary creations. Beginning with our all in one base seasoning, J&J also aims to provide healthy, authentic and diverse seasoning options without additives or preservatives.
We are very proud to say that our blends are also gluten free.
How it all began
J&J Seasoning was founded in 2022 by sisters Jacqui and June, who come from a long line of Jamaican cooks and bakers. Growing up, they were immersed in the rich culinary traditions of their Jamaican heritage, learning the art of blending flavours.
They realised that many people immensely enjoyed the Caribbean cuisine but did not know how to create the authentic blends used to season. They created Absolutely Pure one pot as a base seasoning which cleverly eliminates the guess work when crafting exciting meals.
By way of introduction of their first product, they began marketing the Absolutely Pure blend at pop-up Christmas markets.
J&J Seasonings are hand-crafted with care, using only the finest ingredients to ensure that every dish you create is infused with the vibrant and authentic taste of the wider Caribbean.
